Membership Application Form 2024

Anyone wishing to join the Club should complete the form below. The data provided will be treated in the strictest confidence. A discount of 50% of the normal subscription rate is available for the first year of membership.

The attached form may be downloaded and filled in manually before retuning to the Club Secretary or filled in electronically and returned by e-mail
